Regional Agronomist -France

Regional Agronomist – France

(North-West / North-East / South-West / South-East)

We are looking for a passionate Regional Agronomist to strengthen our technical expertise and support the development of innovative fertilizer solutions across France.

In this role, you act as the technical reference for your region: designing field trials, validating product performance, and translating scientific insights into practical recommendations for growers, cooperatives, and internal teams.

Your Mission

  • Lead and monitor field trials across key crops (wheat, maize, potatoes, vegetables)

  • Adapt national agronomic strategies to local soils, climates, and cropping systems

  • Build strong partnerships with cooperatives, growers, and research institutes

  • Provide training and technical support to sales teams and agricultural partners

  • Analyse soil & crop data to produce clear, action-oriented insights

  • Animate field days, demo plots, and technical events to showcase results

What You Bring

  • Engineering or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Production (Bac+5)

  • 3–8 years' experience in agronomy, crop advisory, or fertilizer development

  • Solid knowledge of soil fertility, nutrient management, and field experimentation

  • Strong communication skills & ability to translate complex agronomy into practical solutions

  • Fluency in French & English; precision agriculture tools are a plus
