About the Role
We are a growing people & organization consulting firm in North Africa, offering recruitment, HR consulting, culture & change programs, executive education and coaching.
We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Marketing & Communication to elevate our brand, lead our digital presence, and support business growth with high-value B2B clients. This is a strategic AND hands-on role, working closely with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and refine our B2B positioning and brand messaging.
• Lead our content strategy with a focus on LinkedIn (Founder + company pages).
• Create and coordinate content: posts, articles, case studies, visuals, videos.
• Build and maintain marketing assets (company profile, decks, one-pagers, landing pages).
• Set up and manage lead-generation channels and simple CRM processes.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, webinars and partnerships.
• Support commercial proposals: structure, messaging, design.
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing with business growth.
Requirements
• 4–8 years in B2B marketing (consulting, HR services, training or similar).
• Strong experience in content creation and LinkedIn strategy.
• Experience in lead generation, email marketing and simple CRM tools.
• Excellent business writing, storytelling and brand messaging skills.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable in a fast-growing, founder-led environment.
• Fluent English required; French or Arabic is a strong plus.
